Can and Can’t Draws:If I decline your commission because I am unable to draw your request, you can suggest an alternative. You can choose another character or you can think of a different idea. If I still decline, please move on and respect my decision as an artist. Forcing it would only make me extremely uncomfortable and I will not tolerate such behavior ( Ex. “I’ll pay you extra to draw yiff of my dragon sona. I won't tell anyone.”).Art T.O.S:

Art TOS:
-If you post my art publicly on any social media, please give me credits for my work. (@darfybagel) If you refuse to credit me, I'll refuse to work with you for any future projects.-My stylistic choice and art direction take priority. I might change the anatomy, color, or some parts of the design to better fit my art style. This helps me produce better art.-I will not offer you a discount for my commissions even if you’re planning to purchase something in bulk. It takes time, and charging less doesn’t make the job easier. Working for less usually ends up in burnout.-I have the right to use my art however I like. I can post and use the art that I made for ads and other purposes unless you specifically asked me not to do this. If you want to restrict me from sharing my content it would require a confidentiality fee.-Complex designs cost 30% extra. I will let you know if your character falls under this category.-My turnaround time ranges from 5 days up to 3 months. If I need to finish it within 3 days there will be a rush fee of 20%. If it's due is in 24 hrs, the extra fee would be around 30%.-I like to keep my signature on my work. You can request to move it or make it a bit smaller but there will be an additional fee to completely remove them from the piece.-My commission prices are for personal use only. Unless it's found in the "Live2d and Stream Commissions" section of my Commission Info. You may use my art however you like privately. You can use my art publicly as one of the following; profile picture, background, included in a video, or as decoration for your site. You can even have it printed as a badge, a poster, or a custom print as long as it's not used for the purpose of advertising and profit, you can do whatever you want with your commission.-DO NOT use my art for commercial purposes without my permission. If the commission is intended for commercial use, you need to pay an extra fee. Liscense for Digital Use is different from Physical Prints (see reference below for more info).**Digital Commercial Fee (Baseprice + 300%) **- This includes using my art as a stream asset, sprite, brand icon, logo, book cover, album cover, etc... It's included in this category if you plan to use my art for bussiness with the purpose of profiting from my work. If baseprice is $15, the 300% will be $45, the total will be $60 ($15 baseprice + $45 commercial fee = $60 total).**Printed Items Commercial Fee (Baseprice + 500%) **- This usually applies to merchandise and printed goods. You cannot print and sell my art without my permission. If baseprice is $25, the 500% will be $125, the total will be $150 ($25 baseprice + $125 commercial fee = $150 total).-You're not allowed to use my work for NFT's, or to commission me as a subcontactor. I will never allow anybody to use my art for that purpose. Please inform me if you see anyone selling my art without my permission!-Once I show you the sketch, you're allowed to have 1 revision before moving on to the lines. Please indicate if you want to change anything with the pose or expression. Asking for another sketch costs +$10.-After lining, you're allowed to have 1 revision before coloring. Keep in mind that I can only edit minor things for the revision, please tell me the parts I need to change. Every edit after the first revision would be an additional %15 to the total of the commission. Requesting to completely scrap the finished lineart to make a new one would add an extra 70% to the total amount.-I will not ask for confirmation with the coloring and shading process. I'll send some WIP's and show you the final product once I'm done. If I make any pattern errors or miss a specific detail about the design of your sona, please let me know. Fixing it would not cost extra.-After 1 month of delivery the art is accepted as final. You can no longer request fixes or edits after this period.-No refunds, you cannot back out once you've paid. The only exception is when something goes wrong on my end. If I can't finish the art, I will return your money in full. I have the right to cancel your commissions.-You can make edits to my art. I don't mind edits for meme purposes, character design updates, and other things, as long as it follows the conditions mentioned above. Please credit me for the original version of the art and credit yourself for the changes and edits. (This doesn't apply to live2d art, you cannot edit my models.)-I will not give out source files. I'm alright with edits of the final image, but I'm not comfortable with giving out the original files for my work. If you'd like to request for the original files, there would an included fee.
Shipped Items TOS:
-Shipping costs around $10-$35. The price depends on the country and the package's weight (500 grams max). I can ship internationally!-The shipping fee is paid by the client. I will let you know the exact amount you need to send before I ship the item. There's a $3-5 extra included in the total in case of unexpected changes in the post office including conversion fees.-I only use registered mail. You will receive a tracking number for your order. You can check it here- PHILPOST Tracking.-The packaging for the art depends on the size and dimensions of your order. I usually use envelopes and bubble mailers. They will be sealed with tape to secure the contents of your package.-I will not cover damages caused by shipping. I will send an image of the item before shipping along with the image of the actual package.-I ship commissions every 3 months. I ship the packages in batches and I'll let you know when I can go to the post office to send your items.Need the commissions shipped immediately? Rush shipping would require sending the package through Express Mail. It's pricey and not encouraged, but we can discuss the details for this option if you really need your package delivered instantly.
Live2d Models & Rig TOS:
-You must have a reference/character sheet ready. If you'd like to add something that's not included in the ref sheet, please let me know. Asking me to make you a custom design is possible but there will be an additional fee.-My Live2d art cannot be edited or finished by others. This includes finishing my sketches, altering the PSD file, extending the model, or re-rigging my work.-I don't accept full payments (atm). I will ask you to send the first 50% after you approve the sketch. I will ask you to send the other 50% after finishing the model. If rigging is included, payment is required before I send you the final files.-No clothes unless stated otherwise. Adding clothes or accessories costs extra, feel free to ask for a quote.-Must state the account where the model will be used. If you're planning to use it for streaming or content creation, please let me know where you'll be using my model.-You must credit me if you're using my model on any platform. Including but not limited to, Twitter, Twitch, Youtube, etc... (@darfybagel)-Let me know if you'd like to keep the model or WIPS private. I have the rights to use my artwork however I like. If you want to keep it a secret there will be an additional fee.-Estimated time of completion is 2 weeks to 6 months. If you have a deadline in mind, please inform me atleast a month before the commission. There will be an additional fee for rush work.-You cannot produce merch using my Live2d art. Please contact me before using my art for that purpose. You can only use it for streaming and digital marketing.-You can ask for upgrades later. If you'd like to commission extra outfits, toggles, or stickers just let me know and I'll give you a qoute.All conditions mentioned in the 'Art TOS' applies here. There may be slight alterations in Live2d specific work.

If something makes me uncomfortable or if I refuse to do your request for personal reasons, don't force it. I will let you know if I’m uncomfortable and if you continue to ignore it I will refuse to work with you in the future.-I’m alright with chatting and making friends with the people who bought art from me so don’t be afraid to talk if you wanna chat. I'll entertain your chats and do the same if I have the energy. Feel free to show me the final product!!!-I have a personal life too and doing commissions is something I don't do full-time. So please understand that things can happen and it may delay your commission. I usually post updates on my telegram channel @Bagelchannel. Please contact me to ask how the commission is doing.So please... just learn to respect boundaries, especially if you're commissioning an artist. These rules aren't here to offend you or personally attack you. These rules are here because of personal preferences, to protect the artist, and to prevent unpleasant interactions from happening in the future.
